สำนักข่าวบลูมเบิร์กรายงานโดยอ้างแหล่งข่าวว่า Circle Internet Financial Ltd. ผู้ออก stablecoin อย่าง USDC กำลังพิจารณาที่จะทำ IPO ช่วงต้นปี 2024

แหล่งข่าวระบุว่า Circle กำลังหารือกับกลุ่มที่ปรึกษาเรื่องการเตรียมการทำ IPO โดยยังอยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณา และไม่แน่ชัดว่า Circle จะตัดสินใจยื่นจดทะเบียนหรือไม่

ตัวแทน Circle ระบุในแถลงการณ์ว่า “การเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนของสหรัฐเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในกลยุทธ์ของ Circle มาอย่างยาวนาน แต่เราจะไม่แสดงความเห็นเกี่ยวกับข่าวลือใด ๆ”
